Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The two packages required will each be a duration of a maximum of 45 minutes to 1 hour in length for personnel to complete. Personnel completing the courses are of diverse backgrounds including cultural and educational levels.
Base materials have been developed by Defence.
Deliverables
- Design two courses: a social media policy course and a social media authorised practitioner’s assessment
- Consult with Project Manager, allowing for a minimum of two rounds of edits for each course
- Develop two courses in Lectora, which is a Defence CAMPUS-compatible eLearning development tool, including but not limited to visual effects and question/answer format
- Test developed courses in the Defence CAMPUS testing environment, and allow for a minimum of two rounds of edits
- Liaise with stakeholders to deliver on the project including Project manager and CAMPUS testing team
- All materials, including source files, must be handed over at the completion of the testing to the Defence CAMPUS team for ongoing maintenance
- Materials should only be released once the Defence CAMPUS testing team have requested/provided approval.
- Weekly progress meetings and adherence to the agreed Project Timeline, managed by Project Manager.
