This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Produce separate Server and Network Detailed Design documents based on a provided Solution Architecture Document.
The detailed designs will be used by the infrastructure teams for the build phase of the Bank’s B2B file transfer platform (Sterling Integrator) Refresh project. The successful vendor will work closely with the Solution Architect and Infrastructure Build teams under the direction of the project manager.The project will deliver two separate installations of the IBM Sterling Integrator Application.Approximate Infrastructure sizing:
•Two sets of 5 Environments
•All environments built across two sites.
•Total of 20 individual Sterling Integrator instances
•Around 100 Virtual Machines in total
The Service Provider will be expected to undertake the following detailed solution design services:
• Work with the project’s Solution Architect to understand the overall solution architecture and take direction on the detailed design contents;
• Work with Reserve Bank infrastructure Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Network Services and System Services to understand the required infrastructure standards;
• Work with the Project Manager to develop a schedule for producing the detailed design deliverables and regularly report progress against scheduled milestones and escalate any issues encountered;
• Complete detailed technical solution designs to the required format, content and quality within the agreed schedule.
