Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, disassembly and packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of the following belt samplers and sample stations as listed below, including all required hardware, firmware and software for the complete operation, including all integral cabling, wiring and instrumentation. Also including all mechanical systems to allow the complete installation by others:
- secondary crushing A and B discharge belt sampler: 2432-CV201-SC01 / 2445-CV204-SC01;
- secondary crushing product sample station: 2445-SS204;
- belt sampler and reclaim sample station: 2452-CV301-SC01 / 2452-SS301;
- DMS Cons A and B belt samplers and sample station: 2472-CV305-SC01 / 2472-SS301 / 2482-CV306-SC01 / 2482-SS306;
- HPGR A and B belt sampler and sample station: 2533-CV405-SC01 / 2533-SS405 / 2543-CV406-SC01 / 2543-SS406;
- DMS rejects belt sampler and sample station: 2911-CV803-SC01 / 2911-SS803 secondary crushing A and B feed conveyors;
- reclaim conveyor A detector 1 and 2;
- tertiary crushing A and B product conveyors; and air classifier A and B feed conveyors.
This will also include all connection and load details for the structural support and footing design including static, dynamic, breakdown and maintenance loads. Australian Standards apply to this package 662NSP2026 Dry Samplers. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2026 Dry Samplers is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
