Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to select a licensed commercial builder with experience in the refurbishment of preschool facilities to undertake alterations to Langwarrin Park Kindergarten.
The works include, but are not limited to alterations to, and increased foyer area, alterations to the community room which includes extension over an existing courtyard, toilet alterations, revised locker and meeting locations, new verandah, extended external paving and upgraded furniture, fittings and joinery. The upgrades will increase the functionality, accessibility and safety for the children and staff.
The closing date is 4pm on Tueday 1 October 2019.
