Scope of Work
Construct and fitout three (3) Survey Monitoring Huts as per Rio Tinto design (to be provided with RFQ documentation).
All monitoring huts must:
- be cyclone rated - wind region 'D'
- be constructed of insulating material - 75mm on the walls and 100mm roof - cantilever
- have integrated concrete floor of sufficient thickness and strength to be cyclone rated without tie downs
- have concrete floor with a hole in the correct place to allow for it to placed over a survey monitoring pillar (not part of this scope)
- have rated lifting points installed into the slab to allow for lifting with a crane
- be fitted with door; suitable battery box; antenna mount; and pole for cable management.
One (1) of the monitoring huts must:
- have batteries in the battery box -specified by RTIO;
- have solar charging cabinet fitted out to RTIO specification; and
- have a solar panel stand and panels, cyclone rated for wind region 'D'.
