This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The request seeks to engage an experienced seller who has the capability and capacity to redesign and redevelop an existing website onto the GovCMS (Drupal 8) SaaS platform, launching the new site prior to end December 2019. High-level requirements include website design and user interface design; user research to validate design decisions; and website build, development and deployment on the GovCMS platform.
