Tender Description
Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Replacement of roofs at four Council’s buildings.
There are four separable portions in this contract as follows:
* Separable Portion 1 (SP1)-Bankstown City Sports Complex
* Separable Portion 2- Deverall Park Tennis Club
* Separabel Portion 3 (SP3)- Sefton Golf Club
* Separable Portion 4 (SP4)- KU Chester Hill
In accordance with clause 2.5 Council retains the right to award the contract on a separable portions basis. Tenderers may submit a quotation for one or two of the separable portions.
