Tender Description
Provision of Total Valve Management solution for valve population including:
* Relief valves;
* Mechanically operated valves;
* Sea chest valves;
* On/Off Automated safety valves including with tight shut off (TSO) requirements; and
* Control valves;
Services could include items such as:
* Valve supply- both whole valves and individual components;
* Valve condition monitoring - pro-actively monitor and assure integrity of the entire valve population;
* Onsite valve maintenance including diagnostics, overhaul, onsite machining and welding (including exotic);
* Offsite monitoring and diagnostics of smart valves;
* Overhaul and refurbishment vendor supplied modulating valves (offsite workshop including NATA approved testing accreditation); and
* Flange management (valves only) including JIS and ASME piping
