Tender Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide maintenance services to the Disability Forensic Assessment and Treatment Service, at two sites, and to the Secure Welfare Service, also at two sites. Sites are located in the inner and middle suburbs of Melbourne.
The services to be provided include maintenance of essential services (eg. fire system, security, air conditioning), cleaning, responsive building repairs and garden maintenance. The tender period is expected to open on 30 July 2019 and close on 27 August 2019. The tender period will also include a site briefing at each of the four facilities.
