Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for civil construction works for a land subdivision project in Melbourne’s Western suburbs. Works will include bulk earthworks, road and drainage, asphalting and service provision in preparation for housing construction.

A Select Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from an approved Register. Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to select bidders through the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal from 21 July 2019. The tender will be awarded on a construct only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under a modified AS2124 contract.

The procurement is subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, including the Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework. Further details can be obtained by contacting the Proposal Manager.
