Tender Description
Moreland Council is seeking to engage a contractor to undertake refurbishments to the change and amenities rooms at Reddish Reserve, Hadfield. Reddish Reserve has an active sporting field and playground.
The site is located at 2-42 Domain Street, Hadfield.
Please note:
Non - Compulsory site visit to be held on Wednesday 10 July @ 10.00 am sharp. It is recommended that contractors attend the site visit.
Tenderers to note:
Tenderers must respond by submitting their tender proposal and completing the documents as instructed in the Request for Tender (RFT).
Tenderers are reminded to view the “Forum” for any public notices or addenda in regard to this tender. All communication regarding the tender must be submitted via the forum on this site only, and will not be accepted via any other means. Queries submitted three (3) working days before the tender closing date, may not receive a response. Council Officers are not to be contacted directly.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received by the closing date/time, late submissions will not be accepted. Please commence uploading your tender response at least 2 – 3 hours prior to the deadline. If you are having any technical difficulties, please contact the help desk.
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
