Tender Description
The scope of work includes supply & installation of hydraulic and lubrication systems for fines & lump conveyors for Stockyard, overland and other long conveyors (9 x conveyors and 2x shuttle) required for South Flank Outflow Package. The scope includes;
* Supply, transport, installation and construction verification of all lubrication systems for shuttles / take-ups / pulleys and drives (inclusive of hosing, tubing, connections / couplings, nipples, manifolds);
* Supply, fabrication, off-Site pickling, surface treatment, transport, installation, flushing and construction verification of all hydraulic piping and hoses for all equipment in accordance with the Contract Documentation and vendor IOM requirements; and
* Supply, transport, installation and construction verification of all grease pipework and hose lines for all bearings, labyrinths and other seal types requiring lubrication (inclusive of pulleys, reducers, shuttles, pins, sheaves, wheels etc.), including but not limited to associated fittings, Stauff supports, grease nipples and etched stainless steel identification labels.
All above works shall be carried out in accordance to the Project Specifications and shall comply with relevant Australian Standards.
