Horsham Rural City Council invites appropriately experienced and qualified contractors to design and install Photovoltaic systems at 28A McLachlan Street Horsham, and 55 Hamilton Street Horsham.
Systems are to be installed on the roofs of these buildings prioritising direct feed into the buildings, secondary priority being to export electricity to the network.
Systems are to include panels, inverters, racking, cabling and reticulation.
Systems should be configured and installed such that battery storage and associated energy controls may be added at a later date without the need to replace or significantly change the primary system components and electrical reticulation.
Proposed battery ready options should be included as an alternative option to the tender.
It is anticipated that works will commence 9 August 2019 with a completion date of 18 June 2020.
A Non Compulsory pre tender meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 27 June 2019 commencing at 10.30 am in the Council Chamber, Municipal Offices, 18 Roberts Avenue Horsham. Please advise of your intention to attend by contacting michelle.plain@hrcc.vic.gov.au
