Tender Description
Develop an overarching performance evaluation framework and accompanying digital performance analytics for the training.gov.au website (TGA).
Working in an agile service design and delivery environment, the successful contractor will be required to develop the performance evaluation framework to measure the performance of TGA, following a recent user review.
The framework should enable identification of content and functionality that works well, and areas for improvement.
