Senior Programme Analyst

⁠⁠⁠Senior Programme Analyst to work within the Integrated Programme Office to support the Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) Programme.

Primarily work with Delivery Modernisation Programme Office staff and subject matter experts from both business and ICT. Candidates will also need to work closely with a range of stakeholders from other projects and will be required to work with external vendors.

Department of Human Services is seeking an experienced Programme Analyst to support a major transformation programme.

The Department of Human Services is approaching the halfway mark of a seven year Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) change program. Given the size of the transformation, the Department is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Analyst to work within the WPIT Programme to coordinate activities with team members, and project teams responsible for mobilising new projects and executing active projects.

The Programme Analyst will be engaged to work within the WPIT Programme Office to support WPIT Executive.

Services will include but not be limited to:
* Completion of programme governance and reporting requirements to assist Programme executives.
* Work closely with other programme office functions (scheduling, risk, issue, dependencies, change, and budget) as well as delivery teams and projects responsible for executing active projects.
* Support the programme’s governance and executive level reporting functions
* Development and maintenance of artefacts and reports to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
* Conduct Secretariat functions as required (EG organising meeting logistics and taking of minutes).

Additional roles may be required by the Department through the Work Order that may be established as a result of this opportunity. These roles are to provide Services to support the WPIT programme and the wider Department and align with the specified role requirements outlined by this opportunity.

Travel may be required. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed to attend primary location of work. Any travel and accommodation required to undertake the services will be booked and paid for by the Department. The successful applicant must not undertake any travel unless the Department has granted prior approval for that travel.
