Provision of Road Resurfacing Panel Source by Category Tender

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement is calling a Panel Source by Category tender for the Provision of Road Resurfacing to the following Councils:
- Coffs Harbour City, Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire, Kempsey Shire, Port Macquarie-Hastings and MidCoast on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2022 with provision for a 12 month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.

Categories are as follows:
* Category 1: Spray Seal (Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire, Kempsey Shire and Port Macquarie-Hastings ONLY)
* Category 2: Asphaltic Concrete (Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire, Kempsey Shire and Port Macquarie-Hastings ONLY)
* Category 3: Mill & Re-sheet (Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire, Kempsey Shire and Port Macquarie-Hastings ONLY)
* Category 4: Crack Sealing - Bitumious and Concrete (Coffs Harbour City, Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire, Kempsey Shire, Port Macquarie-Hastings and MidCoast ONLY)
* Category 5: Heavy Patching (Bellingen Shire, Kempsey Shire and Port Macquarie-Hastings ONLY)

Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via below link before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 25 June 2019.

For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
