SOUTH GIPPSLAND WATER (SGW) is seeking assistance from an appropriately qualified and experienced party to provide vaccination services, drug and alcohol testing, audiometric testing, chest x-ray, serology, spirometry testing and pre-employment medical services.
2 years with option of an extension of 2 additional years
The location for delivery of services are South Gippsland water District: Primary locations include but are not limited to:
* Leongatha
* Foster
* Wonthaggi
The service provider will be required to provide a premises or facility either within the footprint of the area serviced by South Gippsland Water or a 40 minute drive from Leongatha, Wonthaggi AND Foster to provide a range of medical assessment and vaccinations services.
