Tender Description
Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for the Knox Playspace Renewal Project for 2019.
The work to be performed under the contract are as following:
* Demolition of existing play equipment, furniture, hard and softscapes
* Coordination with play equipment supplier for installation of pre-purchased equipment
* Hard landscaping including concrete paths, footings and pads
* Minor drainage works
* Supply and installation of furniture
* Supply and installation of plants and trees
* Supply and installation of soft landscaping
* 13 week maintenance and establishment period
The work is to be performed at:
* Barry Reserve Playground – Lysterfield
* Gabrielle Reserve Playground * Ferntree Gully
* Kent Reserve Playground – Knoxfield
* Luton Reserve Playground – Rowville
* Miller Park Reserve Playground – Boronia
The time and date by which tenders must be lodged are: 2.00 p.m. Wednesday 12 June 2019, unless otherwise amended by Addenda
