Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Jemena wishes to demolish and remove three buildings on the former Wollongong Gasworks located at 120 & 122 Smith Street Wollongong NSW which comprises of Lots 253 and 2411. For this RFT "The Site" refers to Lot 2411 only. Buildings located on the site are impeding access to contaminated land, preventing targeted site characterisation and subsequent full scale remediation activities. The buildings are to be demolished to hardstand at ground level. It is planned to commence demolition works in August 2019 following receipt of Development Approval.

A site RFT briefing will be held at 10am on Tuesday May 14, 2019. Please confirm who will be attending from your company to gerard.rigby@jemena.com.au by noon on Monday May 13.
