Dellview Reserve Playspace Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Quotations are invited for the upgrade of the playspace at Dellview Reserve, Donvale. 

Scope of works include:

1. Site set up, supply of temporary fence, set out and spray of existing turf to be removed;

2. removal of existing play equipment as noted on drawings;

3. site excavation to achieve surface finish levels required for softfall, play equipment, and path area where in the playspace;

4. pick up from Council depot install items including play units, furniture including seats and picnic table;

5. liaise with Council to work around the installation timing of the new asphalt path;

6. installation of the sculptures;

7. supply and installation of rocks;

8. supply and installation of softall mulch;

9. clean up and installation of timber logs and climbing area;

10. pick up from Council depot and install of synthetic rubber pads;

11. Garden bed preparation, supply and installation of plants;

12. Soft landscaping maintenance

The full extent of the works is described in the drawings and specification provided for download.

It is proposed to commence on week beginning Monday 3rd June and be completed by week ending 19th July (7 weeks). Works program should be submitted as part of tenderers response.

It is proposed that a minimum of 40% of the works is to be completed by 30th June.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in TenderSearch. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date. 

Quotations must be submitted by 11am, Wednesday 22nd May. Late quotations will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal tenders will not be considered.
