Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The CER requires a scrum team to deliver operational features from the Business Systems and Data Services Road Maps. The Scrum Team will be required to deliver Operational Features that are based predominantly on the Microsoft development stack (primarily Azure, O365, Dynamics CRM Online, SQL Server, java and .NET). The successful vendor will be empowered to structure the Scrum Team as they see fit to deliver the required features. For more information please see the requirements document.
