Please note that this is a Tender Release Notice for Transaction Management Services to the North East Link, being part of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport) (The Purchaser).
Purpose of the Request
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network, connecting the M80 with an upgraded Eastern Freeway. It will be a safe and efficient freeway connection for 100,000 vehicles a day, linking key growth areas in the north and south-east.
The NEL project team consists of specialist engineering, legal, commercial and financial staff and advisors. Procurement of Early Works and the Primary PPP Package is underway, leading to the requirement for Transaction Management services.
In the coming weeks NEL is seeking to invite qualified suppliers from the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Professional Advisory Panel (PAP) to submit their proposals for the provision of Transaction Management services (‘the Services’) to support multiple >$1B capital works transactions underpinning the delivery of the North East Link.
