Tender Description
The purpose of this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek innovative responses from industry and other interested parties for the provision of an Integrated Customer Experience (ICE) Platform as described in Part B - Specification.
A final evaluation will take place to select the successful Tenderer, and a contract awarded after successful negotiations and completion of internal approval processes.
