This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Department of Human Services is seeking a Lead Engineer to work within the Entitlements Calculation Engine (ECE) Project under the Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) Programme.
Primarily work within the ECE Project, the candidate will need to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts from both business and ICT. The candidate will also need to work closely with a range of stakeholders from other projects and will be required to work with external vendors.
The Lead Engineer will:
Be responsible for working with key stakeholders and project leadership in building a viable working set of software to demonstrate viability to successfully stand up in public cloud environments.
Responsibilities;
* Identify, develop and deliver working software to demonstrate realisation of the projects success criteria.
* Create validation of design and proof points within the determined cloud environment.
* Ensure consistent use in relevant technology principals is in line with the detailed project plan and schedule.
* Identify and manage critical ingredients to successfully stand up working software in cloud environment.
