This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Health Identifier and PCEHR System (HIPS) is an Agency-owned middleware solution that enables the seamless integration of digital health systems with national digital health infrastructure services, such as the Healthcare Identifiers Service, the My Health Record system, provider directory services, as well as the secure point-to-point (P2P) exchange of clinical documents via Secure Message Delivery (SMD). HIPS has been developed and supported by a commercial contractor. The Agency is now seeking to source comparable development and support services for HIPS following the expiration of the current commercial arrangement.
