Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the project T30-19 Wagener Oval Clubhouse Facility.
The project involves the construction of a new clubhouse facility at Wagener Oval by means of modular design & construction, a single storey building approximately 260m2 in area. The new clubhouse facility will provide amenity for change rooms, kiosk, club room, storage rooms, public and private toilet amenity rooms and an outdoor covered area with views to the playing field. The location of the site is within Whitfield Reserve, 14-16 Whitfield Avenue Ashbury NSW, with the new clubhouse situated north of the playing field.
The new clubhouse will replace the existing clubhouse which is to remain operational until completion and occupation of the new building, the existing clubhouse will then be demolished (demolition by others).
