The LMA is seeking a project manager for the design, renovation and construction of and community hall kitchen located within the Lebanese Muslim Association, Grand Function Hall, 71-75 Wangee road, Lakemba NSW.

This work includes the demolition of current infrastructure, the installation of PC items, shelving, work be benches and managing related electrical, hydraulic and plumbing work.

Works to be completed are envisaged to include the following:

• Removal of existing fitting and fixtures from the kitchen.
• Supply and Installation of new fixtures and fittings as per the scope and
• manufacturers specifications
• Source plumbing or electrical works

• Appropriately licensed and qualified persons must complete all work.
• All materials and contractors must be sourced locally.
• Site inspection must be completed prior to submitting a quotation.
