Submission for Expressions of Interest Trades & Service Providers
Willie Creek Pearls was established in 1991 and has grown over 30 years to become one of Western Australia’s and the Kimberly’s most awarded tourism operations. This family owned business includes tourism, retail, hospitality and pearling operations at multiple locations including Willie Creek, Broome, Perth, Subiaco and Sorrento.
As part of business best practice, over the coming months we are reviewing our existing arrangements with various service providers who assist us in logistic and maintenance of our property, plant & equipment. This will be done in conjunction with commercial properties that are owned by Banfield Property Development and / or managed by a third-party property manager.
We are now providing an opportunity for various trades and / or service providers to make Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide service in the following areas –
* Vehicle, mechanical plant & equipment maintenance
* Gardening, landscape & lawnmowing
* Fire Safety Equipment
* Security systems and data cabling
* Electrical Contractor
* Plumbing & Gas Contractors
* Refrigeration and mechanical services
* Freight Services (refrigerated and general)
* Cleaning services
* Pest Control
As a family owned local business we foster and value long term relationships. Understanding this and knowing that there are various sectors of our business that operated 7 days per week, with time sensitive constraints and multiple tenants across several local sites, it’s at this expression of interest stage we seek submission from any interested parties that demonstrate their capabilities to undertake work against the following criteria –
* The selected area or areas of interest
* Company details including ownership and years of operation
* Details of resources within the Broome vicinity or future afield to provide services
* Appropriate qualifications to undertake work in the specific area(s)
* Certificated of currency for appropriate insurance
Subsequent to the closing of this EOI we will invite qualifying providers to view specific commercial in Confidence information such that they will be able to submit a relevant schedule of prices for the selected area(s).
