Provision of Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Stirling (City) seeks to engage suitably experienced and resourced Contractors to provide cleaning services across a range of City facilities located throughout the City. The objective of this contract is to ensure City buildings and amenities are maintained in a clean, safe, hygienic, presentable condition for staff, visitors, and the broader community.

The City requires commercial cleaning, including duct, filter & high-level cleaning of its public buildings and facilities consisting of the following two (2) main groups

Group 1 – Public Toilet Facilities

Group 2 – Community & Administration Facilities: 

a) Recreation Centres

b) Community Centres and Halls

c) Public Libraries

d) City of Stirling Civic and Administration Centre

e) Administration Office

Mandatory Site Briefing

The mandatory site briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the Tender documents prior to the Tender deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the site briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the site briefing. 

The planned timetable is as follow:

• Date: Wednesday 8 July, 9am (WST)
• Location: Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street Stirling

Tenderers must attend the Administration Centre to register for the briefings, attend an introduction brief and receive the list of sites for visitation.

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award a Contract to one Respondent and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple suppliers if deemed appropriate

Tenders will be opened at the City's Main Administration Building, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling, after the Tender Deadline
