Kerb, Drainage and Associated Works (Stage 1) Molkentin Road, Jindera
The works scope generally covers the construction of underground drainage as well as kerb and channel in Urana St, Jindera adjacent the intersection with Molkentin Road.
The drawings supplied with this tender cover a number of planned stages of work which will be carried out over a number of years. Tenderers should note that the scope for Stage 1 is the drainage and kerb on the western side of Urana road from CH 00 to CH 370. The BOQ reflects this with only the sections highlighted in Yellow to be completed.
Contractors should be aware that the works are centred on a relatively busy road and as such appropriate works management and careful traffic control will be a significant requirement of this project.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on site at 10am on Wednesday 10 April, 2019.
