This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking to enter into an arrangement with suitably experienced vendors who may be invited to respond to work packages. Initially two vendors are expected to participate in funded user centered pilots which will operate in parallel, cover two different problem spaces and be completed this financial year.
Expected work includes:
* establish repeatable process improvement capability
* review existing policy/process to identify opportunities which streamline services
* implement timely and cost effective solutions
* provide Agile advisory and coaching services to staff managing projects and to realign existing projects
* implement strategies to embed change.
While the preferred vendor is expected to be offered subsequent work packages, the department may choose to offer work packages to other vendors. Vendors must collaborate with departmental staff and other vendors. The preferred vendor will gradually transition the function to departmental staff and is expected to shift into an advisory role.
