Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Demolition of existing warehouse located at 296-298 Neerim Road, Carnegie to prepare the site for open space activation as part of the Carnegie Structure Plan.

Mandatory Site Inspections:
All Tenderers MUST undertake a site visit to inspect the site location, existing conditions and surrounds. Site visits have been organised for OR Friday 29 March 2019 3-4:00 PM OR Wednesday 3 April 2019 10-11:00 AM .
