CSV is seeking responses for construction services for the Wodonga Magistrate's Court. This includes the replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment and associated works, in order to restore the facility to a fully functional asset. The anticipated project duration will be 2 months (construction period) and 12 months (defects liability period).
Works include the provision of water based chilled water (CHW) and heating hot water (HHW) Air Handling Units to replace the existing evaporative cooler/warm air furnaces (HCV units) units in a similar location to the existing and additional associated works including Building Management Systems , Electrical and Mechanical upgrades.
