Tender Description
HNECC is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for the delivery of Mental Health Services in Primary Care to be delivered to one or more clusters across the region. Service models must include delivery of low intensity psychological intervention (Beyond Blue's NewAccess Coaching model), Psychological therapy, Clinical care coordination and Psychological Intervention in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF).
HNECC is implementing a stepped care approach to Mental Health Services. A continuum of services will be available, both in communities and in RACF's. Provision of a suite of services will allow providers to easily and seamlessly step clients up or down in intensity of intervention based on the client's clinical presentation and need.
