NDIA - Compensation Recoveries
Organise and lead process discussions/workshops with business and delivery partners
Develop end-to-end process maps and process flows to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks relating to the Compensation Recoveries program of work Develop relevant process documentation
Utilise appropriate data, process mining and statistical tools to analyse process performance and root cause analysis
Implementation and uplift of business process management and process maturity
Work with the CR leaderships team to gain agreement on potential future state solutions and implement prioritised ‘To-Be’ processes and embed lasting process change. Risk management and compliance controls are mapped where gaps exist.
