Georges River Council (Council) invites responses to its Request for Tender (Tender) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Construction of Poulton Park Public Amenities Building in Poulton Park, South Hurstville.
This tender will involve the supply, installation and construction of a public amenities building with storage capacity for user groups. The existing Amenities Building will need to be demolished and all services capped off following the construction of the Amenities Building.
The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing tenders.
