Regional Procurement is calling this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the Norfolk Island Regional Council (NIRC) for the Development of a Business Case for the Upgrade of the Norfolk Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The term of the consultancy will be for an estimated period of four (4) months from April 2019 to July 2019. Respondents are to particularly note the requirements of the ‘SPT281819NIRC WWTP Scoping Document’ and ‘Terms of Engagement for Consultants’ documents, available on the TenderLink website, and must satisfy the requested timeframes.
Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a response to Regional Procurement via the TenderLink Electronic Tender Box (www.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement) before the deadline at 10am on 19 March 2019.
For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton NSW 2322 prior to the close of the RFQ.
Applicable RFQ documents can be downloaded via TenderLink until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.
