DVA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified organisation(s) with proven capability to provide infrastructure and logistics to support the conduct of commemorative events in one or more of the following three (3) geographic locations:
* Villers-Bretonneux, France (Anzac Day);
* Gallipoli, Turkey (Anzac Day); and
* Australia (significant anniversaries and commemorations at various locations, determined annually in advance).
DVA is seeking innovative responses that address improvements in the way in which the service requirements can be consolidated and streamlined to provide for improved service delivery and greater service efficiencies.
As noted in the REOI documentation, delivery of future requirements will require flexibility and capability for scalability.
