Tender Description
The current website was designed to be informational and was mostly accessed via a desktop computer. Changing uses and functionality of digital technology mean that regardless of any further efforts to modify the structure or improve content, by remaining a desktop-only website it will simply not meet community needs and expectations.
Council has undertaken a detailed analysis of the existing website, surveyed key internal stakeholders, Councillors and the community, and considered opportunities for best practice to formulate a set of business requirements needed to establish a new website.
Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified providers to deliver a website solution to address the requirements of Council and the community.
