Tender Description
Expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited for the works relating to the West Wyalong Community Theatre Project.
The project requires the following works:
Internal Works
* Internal construction of raised floor
* Asbestos remediation
* Replacement ceilings
* Kitchen fit out
* Coordination of specialist fit out for theatre seating and projection equipment
* Upgrade of toilet facilities
Note: the internal floor area is nominally 250 m2
External Works
* Concrete slab perimeter, access ramp and car park.
