Provision of Internal Audit Services

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1819-63 for the provision of Provision of Internal Audit Services.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provide to deliver the services.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years.

Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for a period of a two (2) year term.
The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on 1 July 2019.

Council anticipates the provision of internal audit services will total no more than 600 hours per annum. The actual hours of work will be agreed by the Audit and Risk Committee based on the internal audit plan to be developed by the successful tenderer.

Tenderers are requested to provide an average hourly rate for internal audit services work for the initial three (3) year contract period. The contracted rate will be applied each year to the actual hours on the internal audit plan to determine the amounts payable under the contract each year.
