Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest ("EOI") are invited for the Glow 2019 Art Installations for a one off Contract Term for August 2019.

The City of Stonnington is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and emerging professional installation artists for Glow Winter Arts Festival 2019. We are seeking submissions for large-scale, site specific, temporary illuminated installations that will appeal to a wide demographic and can be displayed for up to seven days outdoors in winter. Working with Councils Festivals and Events Team successful applicants will be commissioned for the design, development and installation of their work.

NOTE: The TenderLink online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned EOI closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any EOI, or part thereof. EOI's received after the closing time will not be considered.
