Tender Description
The Inorganics Section (NMI, North Ryde) requires an ICP-OES/AES system with a proven capability for multi-element determination in samples such as soils, sediments, various waters, food, biota, pharmaceutical and miscellaneous chemicals.
The required ICP-OES/AES system must be delivered on-site, fully commissioned and ready to operate for routine samples. On-site training in the use of the instrument, software and maintenance must be provided.
The system is expected to include:
* A spectrometer with the capability to carry out multi-element determinations (either simultaneously or very fast sequentially).
* An auto-sampler.
* A computer system with advanced software to control all aspects of instrument operation and data processing.
* A reliable chiller that can sustain the cooling requirements for the operation of the system.
* Other associated accessories that are needed to meet safety requirements for operation.
