OPPORTUNITY:
UTS is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of supply and ongoing services of two (2) virtual anatomy tables (interactive digital dissection systems), including all required hardware and software, as defined in the Statement of Requirement of this RFT. The successful tenderer is also expected to provide supporting services, in coordination with UTS, in a timely manner to ensure sufficient uptime of the equipment.
The systems must have the capability to:
- Deliver high-resolution, interactive, 3D anatomical visualisation
- Support virtual dissection and layered anatomical exploration
- Integrate clinical imaging datasets (CT, MRI, X-ray)
- Enable collaborative, technology-enhanced teaching
- Integrate with existing A/V systems
The new anatomy tables will be hosted within the UTS School of Life Sciences. The systems are intended to enable students to engage with high-resolution, 3D human anatomy, integrate radiological imaging (e.g. CT, MRI), and explore clinically relevant case-based scenarios. This will strengthen students ability to apply anatomical knowledge in clinically meaningful contexts, support self-directed learning, and enhance spatial understanding. The platform is also intended to enable repeatable, scalable, and standardised teaching, improving consistency across cohorts.
RFT OBJECTIVES:
The objectives for this acquisition are:
- Ensuring safety of UTS staff/students, enhancing efficiencies and delivering quality of service and research outcome for UTS;
- Ensure the best overall value for money outcome for UTS. This includes assessment of both compliance with mandatory requirements and performance against weighted evaluation criteria and reduction the total life cost of the system and associated deliverables;
- To secure professional ongoing warranty, maintenance and other support services for the Systems;
- Effective management of risks including ESG risks;
- Compliance with all applicable laws, standards, codes, and policies;
- On time delivery;
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Submissions must be fully received by 14:00 AEST Wednesday 10 June 2026.
UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced submission or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box before the nominated cut-off date and time. Submission upload that commences before the cut-off time, but is completed after the cut-off time will be deemed unsuccessful by the system. Ensure sufficient time for the submission upload in regard to the internet speed, the file/s size, and other respondent's system/s protocols. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
