Tender Description
VicTrack wishes to engage a number of suppliers to provide Contaminated Land Inspection, Assessment and Remediation Services under a panel arrangement for an initial term of 3 years, with 2 options to extend for further periods of 1 year.
The scope of services includes the following:
* General site inspections
* Site history reviews
* Intrusive investigations (soil, groundwater and surface water)
* Sampling and analysis (soil, groundwater and surface water)
* Soil vapour assessment and / or landfill gas assessment
* Groundwater modelling / Hydrogeological Assessment
* Data Management
* Human health or ecological risk assessment
* Remediation works
* Waster classification
* Provision of strategic advice on environmental management
* Statutory and non-statutory environmental auditing
* Investigation of sites known to present complex contamination issues
* Risk and Financial modelling
* Factual and Interpretive Reporting
* Policy development
* Geotechnical assessment
* Secondments
* Project Management services
* Client/Contractor liaison, site inspections for non-assessment purposes
PLEASE NOTE: VicTrack will be closed from 20 December 2018, and reopens on 9 January 2019. Questions submitted via the Forum for this RFT shall be responded to upon our return.
