Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council invites tenders for the design, construction and installation of a high quality contemporary prefabricated modular building.

The facility will include the following elements; social room, kitchen, workshop room, female and male bathrooms with changing areas and shower, accessible bathroom, cleaner room, pantry, first aid room, store room, office, viewing deck with ramp access, footings and a footpath.

The facility will be located between the Sunbury BMX track the Sunbury Skate Park at Cornish Street, Sunbury.
