The key purpose is to establish capability to improve tracking, monitoring and implementation of key Sourcing Transformation deliverables and develop a Divisional view of all initiatives in progress.
Improve planning, scheduling and reporting establishing a robust function for the program in an Agile environment.
Currently lacking a simple project control framework to increase rigour, control, visibility and focus for the program.
