Muswellbrook Shire Council invites experienced Contractors to tender for the reconstruction of footpath on the Northern and Southern side of Ogilvie St, Denman in between Paxton St. intersection to the Palace St Intersection. The works include civil works, concrete works, landscape works and adjustment of utility service pit covers.
The expected outcome of the contract is;
1. Delivery of the project within agreed timeframe;
2. Delivery of the project within agreed value of contract;
3. To maintain good scheduling of work, good communication with all parties and to use construction methodologies which minimize the impact to business and users of the precinct;
4. Provision of high quality final finishes especially concrete surfaces.
This tender is for Contract 2017-2018-0322, Reconstruction of Footpath, Ogilvie St, Denman.
The contract is a Lump Sum Contract.
The quantities provided in the Bill of Quantities are estimated quantities only. Tenderers are advised to insert the accurate quantities of items, to complete works as per the drawings and specifications, provide rates and extend to show amounts. Total of the extended items will provide the lump sum tender price.
* The Bill of Quantities is provided for footpath construction works as per the limit of works shown on the drawings and generally from Ch. 225.000 to Ch.440.00 of both sides of Ogilvie St, Denman.
