Principal Consultant for the Stage 1C Phase A at Berwick Campus to Federation University Australia

⁠⁠⁠Federation University Australia (FedUni) assumes full control of the Berwick campus in 2018 (see enclosed campus map) and is undertaking a progressive approach over the next few years, to modify the campus to enable it to roll out and deliver its desired teaching program. To facilitate this, the University is seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Principal Architect to lead the concept design, design development and documentation, tender/contract administration and post construction phases of the planned Stage 1C Phase A modification works.

A fully developed consultant’s brief (refer to RFT – Reference Number: RFT 2018-17 for the provision of Principal Consultant for the Stage 1C Phase A at Berwick Campus) outlining the scope of works and allied services required is enclosed.

FedUni is inviting responses to this RFT from suitably qualified service providers and will be assessing each organisations capability to provide demonstrable architectural services capability, with alacrity, a customer focus and cost-effective approach. The information from the RFT responses will assist the University in evaluating the services provided and in deciding on an approved supplier.

The conditions of engagement shall be in accordance with VPS Consultancy Agreement (Short Form) Principal Consultant
