Hume City Council invites tenders for the Road Rehabilitation of Flynn Crescent, Coolaroo.
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this Request for Tenders ensuring evidence is provided in response to the evaluation criteria.
The project involves the road pavement rehabilitation for 405 metres of Flynn Crescent, Coolaroo. The works include asphalt resurfacing of the existing road pavement, kerb and channel, drainage, vehicle crossings, footpath, traffic island, linemarking, landscaping and naturestrip reinstatement.
Traffic Management for the project is required to maintain vehicular access to all abutting properties during the duration of the works. This can include stop/slow by traffic controllers during work hours. Staged sections of road and lanes closures may be permitted at the discretion of the project manager.
All affected properties are to be notified of the proposed construction commencement and completion dates, including any inconvenience to access properties.
